01 — Designs Take Shape
Detailed Drawings Received
Once your designs are finalised, our factory team receives the detailed production drawings. Every dimension, finish and specification becomes part of the production blueprint.
02 — Precision Before Production
Technical Feasibility Check
Before anything goes into production, our technical team reviews the drawings to ensure every detail is practical, accurate and production-ready.
03 — The Cut List
Prepared in 3–4 Working Days
The approved drawings are translated into a detailed cut list, defining exactly how every panel and component needs to be crafted.
04 — Materials, Ready to Become Your Home
Material Ordering
Once the cut list is finalised, the required materials are ordered according to the approved design specifications and finishes.
05 — Crafted at Our Factory
Up to 10 Working Days
The materials arrive at our factory; from cutting and processing to assembly and finishing, every piece goes through a controlled production process.
06 — Packed With Care
Professional Packing & Dispatch Preparation
Once production is complete, every component is carefully packed and organised to ensure it reaches the site safely and in the right sequence.
07 — Ready for Its Journey Home
Factory Pickup & Site Delivery
The completed materials are made ready for transportation. The designer must coordinate the pickup and ensure the material movement is planned smoothly.
